Food Freedom Through Intuitive Eating With RD. and InTwoEat Founder, Rebecca Lee
Ep. 006- Raise your hand if you like food! Raise your hand if you have a body! Now, raise your hand if you’ve ever had a complicated relationship with either of the two. Over the course of three three years, Rebecca Lee provided hours weight loss counseling for hundreds of clients at a San Francisco startup. Facing burnout, in 2020 she decided to take a chance on herself and a deeper passion to help clients find peace with food and their bodies through intuitive eating. Thus InTwoEat was born! This conversation goes beyond her entrepreneurial journey to the many reasons WHY she believes that changing the narrative around food is so important. The tangents range from the cathartic sensory experience of cooking to the distorted messages and labels that society perpetuates and how Rebecca believes that making food FUN will be part of the solution.
