I am a personal trainer turned life coach, fascinated by all aspects of and mysteries of being human, the mind, body and spirit alike. I created the Movement Soul Collective to connect, inspire and learn from like-minded soul- led entrepreneurs and leaders as we traverse the ups and downs of taking the off beaten path, asking life’s big questions and creating a space where you feel less alone on your own journey. Ep. 007- It all started when Jazeena and her husband reached burnout in high stress careers in a big city. They decided something needed to change so they quit their jobs, packed their bags and moved to Bali. While at a wellness retreat, they received warm oil treatments that left their skin and minds rejuvenated longer than anything they had tried before. From this inspiration and God’s leading, they co-founded the Jazeena brand and created the world’s first Body Serum Candle. Jazeena’s body care is designed to slow down daily rituals so that you can be the best version of yourself from the inside out. During this conversation, we go over each step of their journey, ups downs and the nitty gritty logistics of how they made it happen, along with what it's really like working with a spouse.
